Summer Camp 2026
PLEASE BE PREPARED TO PAY ALL REQUIRED FEES IN FULL WHEN YOU SUBMIT THIS REGISTRATION—FOR AMOUNTS AND INFORMATION, READ BELOW!!!
REGISTER YOUR CHILD BY THE GRADE THEY WILL BE IN STARTING THIS AUGUST!!!
**To register online you need to sign into your online account.
Please note that children that have participated in YMCA programs may already be in our system. Let us know if you need the link for online access sent to you before creating a new account.
If you don’t already have an online account, you must create an account and add your child(ren) first and then yourself. **
Signing up for Summer Camp 2026 will require you to closely consider which weeks you will need for your child to attend. You must apply a non-refundable deposit towards each week of summer camp you intend for your child to attend. Please note that once you have signed up, you may not be able to add weeks later as they may be offered to another child wishing to attend. Cancellation of pre-registered weeks are non-refundable and non-transferable. Hours are from 7 a.m. until 6 p.m.
Please note that for each week of summer that you choose, you must include a $15 deposit per week with your registration payment. The $15 is deducted from your weekly fee in advance and you must pay the difference due just prior to your child attending for the week. All deposit payments are a reservation to hold a position. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please be sure of what weeks you select to hold.
Registration fee, activity fees, the first full week, and weekly reservation deposits are due at the time of registration.
We do not accept cash. Please bring a check, money order, credit card, or debit card at the time of payment. We no longer accept paper applications. Please do not fax nor email registration forms. They will not be considered.
Members may register beginning March 2, 2026 and non-members may register beginning March 16, 2026. NO PHONE CALLS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Fees:
Members: $90/week + $195 registration/activity fee + $15 per week reservation
Non-Members: $120/week for participants + $195 registration/activity fee + $15 per week reservation
(Fee changes effective Summer 2025)
Any summer camp registrations received on or after Friday, May 1st will incur a $25 late registration fee per child. The late fee will increase to $50 per child effective Friday, May 15th.
You will need to provide a copy of your child’s SC Immunization certificate. This is a DHEC requirement and required by SC State Law.

Summer Camp 2026 will run from Monday, June 1, 2026 through Thursday, July 23, 2026.
